Zelensky: Russian military has lost 40,000 troops since war began

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says that the Russian military has lost almost 40,000 troops since the start of the war. Russia targeted Odesa this week with airstrikes and missiles fired from long-range bomber aircraft.
