Scientists turn dead spiders into 'necrobots' that serve as mechanical grippers

Researchers from Rice University turn dead arachnids into 'necrobots' that serve as mechanical grippers. The spider corpses are able to lift 130 per cent their own body weight and can be used to manipulate circuit boards.
