Man risks life by driving electric scooter down M4 motorway near Heathrow

Footage of man driving an electric scooter near Heathrow Airport, in west London. All good up to here, except for the fact that he is driving in the M4 motorway. Fortunately the road does not seem too busy, but any collision would be fatal.
