'I am the underdog but the best person to beat Starmer' Rishi Sunak on PM race

Rishi Sunak said today he is the underdog but believes he is the best person to beat Labour leader Keir Starmer. Mr Sunak also outlined some of the plans he has to tackle inflation and the cost of living crisis.
