Meet the dog born with a birth defect that makes her look permanently surprised

Belle, a doberman / cattlehound cross, was born with the muscles in her head stretched back which leaves her looking shocked or surprised. Belle's condition doesn't cause her any pain but Lieschen regularly needs to apply eye drops.
