Ukraine's Zelensky announces mandatory evacuation from Donetsk region

In a late-night television address Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said his government was ordering the mandatory evacuation of people in the eastern Donetsk region, scene of fierce fighting with Russia.
