'Delighted' Liz Truss praises Tom Tugendhat as she receives his endorsement

Liz Truss says she is delighted to have Tom Tugendhat's backing in the Tory leadership race. She praised his work on the Foreign Affairs Select Comittee and said he was a strong advocate of going tough on Russia and China.
