Mayor Andy Burnham calls on PM to act on infected blood inquiry recommendations

Greater Manchester mayor Andy Burnham calls on the Prime Minister to act on infected blood inquiry recommendations. The head of the inquiry has urged to the government ot pay survivors and bereaved families at least £100,000 in compensation.
