Kirby says Al-Qaeda can't see Afghanistan as safe haven after al-Zawahri's death

During a White House press briefing, John Kirby says if Afghanistan is a safe haven for terrorists: "I think we proved... this weekend that it isn't a safe haven and it isn't going to be going forward."
