Nicolae Miu, 52, is charged with first-degree homicide after killing a student.

Nicolae Miu has been charged with first-degree intentional homicide in the death of 17-year-old Isaac Schuman. Miu is also being prosecuted for attempted murder of four others who were critically injured during the stabbing frenzy on Wisconsin river.
