Disgusting footage 'shows parents giving their baby a capful of vodka'

Two people have been arrested after parents were filmed giving a baby vodka in Dartford, Kent. The disgusting footage shows a woman believed to be the baby's mother filling the bottle's cap with the spirit before putting it to the baby's lips.
