Council leader says residents are being evacuated so an investigation can begin

Merton Council leader Ross Garrod today gave a statement on what the council is doing to help those who have been affected by the gas explosion. He said: 'Are evacuation centre is in full operation, we have also evacuated 50 more homes'.
