Eurovision 2023: Scott Mills nervously reveals shortlist of host cities

Scott Mills has revealed a shortlist of host cities that could hold Eurovision 2023. Britain was asked to host the contest after the winner of the 2022 version Ukraine announced it would not be able to host the contest because of the war.
