Flash floods hit Scotland as England enjoys scorching 33C temperatures

Flash flooding has hit Scotland after the Met Office issued a thunderstorm warning as parts of England sweltered in another day of scorching 33C temperatures. A cinema in Scotland also is seen with water leaking through the roof.
