Violent Thunderstorms in Venice have struck leaving dozens injured

Parts of Italy have been battling violent thunderstorms with winds of up to 139mph which have killed seven people and injured dozens more. In Venice strong winds have even ripped away shards of brick from St Mark's bell tower.
