Sadiq Khan comments on 'frustrating' tube strikes and blames government

Mayor of London Sadiq Khan says the tube strikes are 'frustrating' and the Government's behaviour is provoking the action which has affected thousands across the country. Both national railways and tube staff have joined the strikes.
