TFL: Potential changes will be undertaken only after 'extensive consultation'

TFL's Director of Customer Operations Nick Dent says any potential changes in the future will be undertaken only after 'extensive consultation' with the RMT and other trade unions. He added that it was difficult to provide 'cast iron' guarantees.
