Champion gamers put in as many efforts as athletes mastering their skills

Gamers want video games to be a part of the Olympic sports. They send more than 15 hours everyday practising and playing which consumes as much energy as that of any other Olympic athlete. Can this billion pound industry be inclusive of women gamers?
