Octopus CEO: 'Govt should carry energy price spike caused by war'

Octopus Energy CEO Greg Jackson says that neither 'customers or retailers' should 'carry the cost of a war', insisting that the government must come up with a solution to shoulder the burden of rising gas prices caused by Putin's invasion.
