First-time buyer goes £33k over budget for house renovations

A first-time buyer who appeared on Channel 4's Worst House of the Street went over-budget by £33k on doing up her house. Sana, from the Bristolian suburb of Kingswood, bought her three-bedroom house, described as a 'fixer-upper', for £280,000.
