Notting Hill shopkeepers board up their premises ahead of Carnival after 3 years

he world famous Notting Hill Carnival returns to West London after three years following the pandemic. The carnival will grind the neighbourhood to a halt from Sunday August 28 to Tuesday August 30. Homes and businesses i have been boarded up.
