Notting Hill Carnival kicked off with colourful celebrations for J'ouvert

After a three-year hiatus due to the pandemic, the event is making its in-person return today and tomorrow.The carnival's first parade got underway at 10.30am this morning as part of family day today, ahead of the adult's parade on Monday.
