Two men on a moped attempt to steal a necklace from an unsuspecting victim

Two men on a moped attempted to steal a necklace from an unsuspecting victim, 29, walking on the sidewalk in Inwood, an Upper Manhattan neighborhood. One thief drove the bike, while the other reaches out, grabs and punches the victim in the head.
