Forensic Police officers find human remains in a skip at Tipton Cemetery

Three blue forensic tents could be seen on Tuesday 30 August afternoon along with several police vans, forensics officers in white suits and a cordon at the end of the graveyard, just yards from Tipton's Q3 Academy playground.
