Taxi driver in New York City attacks 78-year-old old woman, robs her and flees

A 78-year-old woman is attacked and robbed by taxi driver in New York City. She was allegedly thrown out of an Access-A-Ride car before she was mishandled and her phone stolen by the driver. When confronted by a passerby, the driver refused to stay.
