Rapper whose flat was raided by PM wants Boris to promote his mixtape

Splinter Sales, who went viral for his video of Boris Johnson joining a dawn raid on his London flat, has asked the outgoing Prime Minister to 'promote his tape' but isn't bothered if he comes around to help fix his door.
