Ship from Ukraine carrying 3K tonnes of corn is towed to anchorage in Istanbul

A cargo vessel carrying more than 3,000 tonnes of corn from Ukraine was towed to anchorage in Istanbul after rudder failure, a shipping agency said. Turkish state broadcaster TRT Haber said traffic in the Bosphorus strait had been reopened.
