Climber scales the Shard and reaches the top of 1,000ft London skyscraper

A man has been spotted scaling the UK's tallest building, The Shard, in London this morning. The rogue climber were seen ascending up the huge 1,016ft skyscraper at around 6am. Emergency services were called to the scene at 5.48am.
