Rees-Mogg 'delighted' at appointment of Liz Truss as Conservative Party leader

Brexit minister Jacob Rees-Mogg has said he is 'delighted' that Liz Truss has been chosen to become the next prime minister. He emerged from the Queen Elizabeth II Centre where the result of the Tory leadership competition was announced.
