New prime minister Liz Truss departs from Balmoral after meeting the Queen

Liz Truss has officially become prime minister after meeting with the Queen in Balmoral. She is now expected to head back to Downing Street and form her government. This is the first time the Queen has received a new PM in Balmoral.
