Labour MP claims Chelsea £2.5billion are still in Abramovich's account

Labour MP Chris Bryant claims that the £2.5billion funds from the sale of Chelsea club which was promised to Ukrainian war victims 'are still sitting in Roman Abramovich's bank account' three months after the deal.
