Ed Davey accuses Liz Truss of utilising 'loan system' rather than a real freeze

Lib Dem leader Sir Ed Davey called for a 'genuine freeze' of energy bills as he claimed new Tory leader Liz Truss wants to utilise a loan system. He is concerned that families and pensioners should be paying this back for 'years to come'.
