Moneysaving Expert Martin Lewis welcomes Liz Truss's plan to freeze energy bills

Martin Lewis has welcomed the Government's energy rescue plan which is due to be announced later today. The Moneysaving Expert has said that, while it is not perfect, the proposed freeze on energy bills will mean millions of families can 'breathe'.
