Simon Clarke speaks of 'enormous damage' if the government doesn't act soon

Housing Secretary Simon Clarke admits if the Government does not act over rising energy costs then it could cause 'enormous damage' to the economy. He says 'Putin is trying to weaponise energy to break the resolve of the West in Ukraine.
