Expert says special master appointment validates Trump's 'incoherent' arguments

The appointment by a federal judge of a special master to review the FBI records raid of former President Donald Trump is legally suspect and gives credence to the 'incoherent' arguments of Trump's lawyers, legal scholar Peter Shane says.
