Dominicans seek aid after Hurricane Fiona destroyed crops and homes

Fiona is the first hurricane to directly hit Dominican Republic since Hurricane Jeanne in 2004. Fiona caused severe floods, cutting off villages, destroying crops and forcing about 12,500 from their homes and leaving over 700,000 without power.
