Van Gaal defends World Cup labourer's rights: 'I support the compensation funds'

The Netherlands head coach Louis van Gaal levelled more criticism at FIFA and Qatar for their lack of action in helping the victims of labour abuse in building the World Cup stadiums in Qatar.
