Jeremy Vine: If my stalker hadn't been stopped, somebody would've died

Jeremy Vine has told BBC Newsnight that his jailed stalker Alex Belfield says he'll be back. The BBC broadcaster also told the show that if the courts hadn't acted, he feared that somebody would've died.
