Health Secretary Therese Coffey pledges to be patient 'champion' over GP access

Ms Coffey has pledged to use data so that patients can see how well their GP practice performs compared to others as pressure mounts on family doctors over appointment as the Health Secretary pledges too get non-urgent GP appointments in two weeks.
