Canadian mayor pleads with his constituents to leave as Storm Fiona hits region

As Storm Fiona puts much of eastern Canada in a state of emergency, Port aux Basques Mayor Brian Button tells residents, "You need to leave now," adding that some are interfering with rescue efforts.
