Kwasi Kwarteng justifies mini-budget as the way to enable much needed growth

Kwasi Kwarteng has defended the government's mini-budget presented last week as the way to achieve economic growth to continue paying for public services and the energy intervention, despite the pound dropping and mortgages sky-rocketing as a result.
