Shocking video appears to show woman giving baby a shot of alcohol from the lid

Footage appears to show a woman opening up a vodka bottle, filling up the cap with a shot of clear liquid, before seemingly putting it in the child's mouth. North Wales Police have launched an investigation, working alongside Social Services.
