Moment rookie US cop shoots teen as he eats a cheeseburger in his car

Officer James Brennand has been fired after sneaking up on a teen couple in a McDonald's parking lot and shooting at them. The frightened 17-year-old driver Erik Cantu drove off as the officer began to fire his gun at him.
