Arrest made over shooting of homeless family of five sleeping in their car

Tampa police Chief Mary O'Connor announced that Christopher Stamat Jr. has been arrested over the shooting of a homeless family sleeping in their car in Tampa, Florida. The mother was struck in the head but is in hospital in a stable condition.
