CCTV captures moment toddler is left standing on train track as dad is distracted

CCTV of the Chestnut Grove level crossing, in Burton Joyce, Nottinghamshire, shows numerous people stepping off the pathway and onto the tracks dangerously, leaving toddlers unattended, trespassing, and leaving dogs off their lead.
