Chancellor says PM has listened and learned from mistakes after bad start

Newly-appointed Chancellor Jeremy Hunt speaks to BBC Breakfast, and says he wants to be honest with the public that the Government has made mistakes in recent days. He stated that he would rather a Prime Minister that listened and learned.
