Grandmother denounces 'catalogue of failings' over grandson's birth

A grandmother Lyn Richardson has criticised medics at a scandal-hit health trust for a "catalogue of failings" around the birth of her grandson that she claims contributed to her daughter Rebecca Kruza taking her own life.
