Naga Munchetty calls out Downing Street's Larry the Cat for being 'aloof'

Footage shows BBC presenter Naga Munchetty, complaining to fellow colleague, Charlie Stayt, about Downing Street's cabinet cat, Larry. According to her, he was behaving 'aloof' when she arrived on the premises and was she not pleased.
