Armed police shoot 'knifeman' with taser near Houses of Parliament 

Armed police shot an alleged knifeman with a Taser after he was seen 'behaving erratically' near the Houses of Parliament this morning.A man was seen behaving 'erratically' at around 11.50am in the SW1 area.
