Surveillance of suspect who attacked man with sword on NYC subway

NYPD reported on October 20 that an unknown male individual had a verbal argument with a 29-year-old male victim onboard the A train headed to Chambers Street. The dispute got physical when the suspect struck the victim with a sword.
